GOOD NEWS THIS COURSE WILL NOW BE OFFERED FOR COLLEGE CREDIT THROUGH SUNY FARMINGDALE. FORMS WILL BE HANDED OUT ON TUESDAY AND ARE DUE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17. CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO FARMINGDALE STATE COLLEGE FOR $120.00. FORMS SHOULD BE HANDED IN WITH CHECKS.

TUESDAY- OCTOBER 14:

Journal Entry: How far along are you on your college applications and essay? What topic did you write your essay about? What colleges have you visited? How is the process going for you?

Students who missed test should see me to schedule a make-up time by Wednesday.

College forms will be distributed.

Homework will be collected from Wednesday - review questions from chapter 2.

Do pages 50 -52 from chapter 2 in class and go over. If don't finish in class, finish for homework.

WEDNESDAY - OCTOBER 15:

Journal Entry: What do you think can be done to increase school spirit? How do you feel about the new pep rally format?

Do grammar review on pages 52 -53 and go over in class. Pronouns and memos.

THURSDAY OCTOBER 16:

Journal Entry: What products would you like to see sold in the school store?

Begin chapter 3 - hand out powerpoint slides.

FRIDAY - OCTOBER 17:

COLLEGE FORMS DUE

Journal Entry: If your friends were to describe you, what would they say about you?
